Reservation Information
- All Units are non-smoking
- Deposit
of three nights lodging required
to secure reservation and
must be received within 10
days of request to avoid
automatic cancellation.
- All rates subject to tax.
- Full pre-payment due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Full payment for reservations from December 15th to January 1st due November 1st.
- Four (4) night minimum.
- Check-out cleaning included. Maid service available on request. Call for specifics.
- Check-in time 2:00 pm. Check-out time 11:00 am.

Cancellation Policy
- For
a deposit refund, less cancellation
charge of $100, cancellation
is required 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. In case of cancellation
within 30 days of arrival, deposit will be retained. Cancellation
on or after arrival date, all funds forefeited. If space can
be rerented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
