Reservation Information

• All Units are non-smoking
• A Deposit of $285 is required to secure reservation and deposit must be received within 10 days of request to avoid automatic cancellation.
• All rates subject to tax.
• Full payment due thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
• Four (4) night minimum.
• Check-out cleaning included. Maid service available on request. Call for specifics.
• Check-in time 2:00 - 4:00 pm. Check-out time 11:00 am.
• Deposit fee is non refundable

Cancellation Policy

• You will loose your deposit if you cancel. In case of cancellation within 30 days of arrival all funds forfeited unless the unit can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued less deposit.
